The City of Peshtigo Parks and Recreation Department is now accepting applications for spring, summer, and fall seasonal employment opportunities.

Hours:
Flexible scheduling, approximately 5 to 30 hours per week

What You’ll Do:
Assist with maintaining parks and green spaces while supporting community programs and events throughout the season.

Law Enforcement Application

City of Peshtigo Now Hiring: Police Lieutenant

The City of Peshtigo is currently accepting applications for the position of Police Lieutenant with the Peshtigo Police Department.

The Police Lieutenant is an important leadership position within the department and will assist the Police Chief with daily operations, supervision of officers, scheduling, department coordination, policy implementation, and continued public safety services for the City of Peshtigo.

This position requires strong leadership, sound judgment, professionalism, and the ability to work effectively with officers, City staff, elected officials, and members of the public. The ideal candidate will be community-focused, dependable, organized, and committed to supporting a professional and responsive police department.

Position Responsibilities May Include:

Assisting the Police Chief with day-to-day department operations.

Providing supervision, guidance, and support to police officers.

Assisting with scheduling, reports, investigations, training, and policy compliance.

Responding to calls for service and performing law enforcement duties as needed.

Supporting department goals, community policing efforts, and public safety initiatives.

Maintaining professional relationships with residents, businesses, City departments, outside agencies, and community partners.
